Buy a house. A little ETH. 80% goes into the pot, and 20% buys $OZ and burns it. You move in on the next block. One porch in fifty has ruby slippers.
Every 15 minutes, a twister. It picks a house at random, sometimes two, and carries it to Oz.
Oz pays. The owner gets 2% of the pot plus 0.25% for every hour they lived there, up to 15%. Ruby slippers pay triple.
Day 3 is Tornado Alley: for one hour, a twister every minute. Day 7: the oldest house still standing takes the rest.
